To read or print out the application, you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader® installed on your computer. If you already have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can view the application.

If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, download it now.

To print the application in Adobe Acrobat:
Once you've opened the application in Adobe Acrobat, click once on the image of the application. This is to tell the computer what portion of the screen you want to print.

Then, click the printer icon on the upper-left-hand corner of the Acrobat screen. You will get a print menu. Select "okay," and the entire document should print easily.
